En 1988 surge la necesidad de crear una red de ventas aparte de la red de Traumatología, para poder atender y proporcionar un mejor servicio a los clientes, por lo que se crea BIOSER, para la distribución de productos sanitarios del entorno hospitalario, especialmente en Anestesia, Cirugía General, Cirugía cardiovascular y Urología. Se constituye por tanto una red de ventas paralela representada en cada una de las MBAs locales.

In 1988 there emerged a need to create a sales network outside the sphere of Traumatology to cater to and provide a better service to clients, thus giving rise to the creation of BIOSER, for the distribution of medical devices in the hospital setting, particularly in Anaesthesia, General Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery and Urology. This generated a parallel sales network represented in each one of the local MBAs.
